Pickett's makes a really solid, tasty ginger beer. The medium is decently spicy, the spicy is quite spicy. It's spicier and less sweet than, say, Bundaberg's, more like a Cock & Bull in my opinion, and makes a nice drink, with or without booze. Good with sparlking water and some lime juice. It mixes fine with a fruit-flavored syrup, like mango. I also throw it in recipes calling for ginger, like soups or sautees.

The No1 concentrate makes a ginger beer on par with the Ginger People beer at a lower cost. Very nice clear ginger taste and not too sweet. Because its a concentrate you can mess with the strength to suit yourself.
The No3 concentrate is great for those who like a very spicy drink. It needs a light hand as its easy to get too much of a goo thing.
The fact that both are concentrates is an advantage in that they can easily be used in marinades and glazes. No3 is particularly good in spicy oriental chicken dishes as a glaze. No1 works better with milder dishes particularly with beef or pork.
